3. Information Processed On Your Device
The App processes the following information locally on your device only. This information never leaves your device and is not shared with us or any third party:
- Location (GPS or manual city selection): Used only to calculate accurate prayer times (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha) for your area. Location data is used in real time and is not stored, logged, or transmitted.
- Prayer confirmation logs: When you mark a prayer as complete, this is recorded locally on your device to support the app‑unlock feature and your personal prayer streak. This data is never sent off your device.
- App‑lock preferences: The list of apps you choose to lock at prayer times is stored locally on your device using Apple's Screen Time framework.
- Notification & user settings: Your Adhan sound preference, calculation method, and reminder settings are stored locally on your device.
4. iOS Permissions We Request
To function, the App requests the following iOS permissions. You may deny or revoke any of these at any time in your device Settings, though some features may stop working:
- Location (While Using the App): To compute accurate prayer times for your current location. You may alternatively enter a city manually and deny location access.
- Screen Time / Family Controls (FamilyControls & ManagedSettings): To temporarily restrict and later restore access to the social‑media apps you choose to lock during prayer windows. Apple's Screen Time framework performs the actual restriction on‑device; we do not receive any information about which apps you use.
- Notifications: To send you prayer‑time reminders (Adhan) and post‑prayer confirmation prompts.
5. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any user information with third parties, because we do not collect any such information in the first place. The App contains no advertising networks, no analytics services, and no tracking pixels.
6. Data Storage, Security & Retention
All information used by the App is stored locally on your device inside the App's sandboxed storage, protected by iOS's built‑in security model. Because no data is transmitted off your device, there is no cloud database that could be breached.
If you delete the App from your device, all locally stored data (prayer logs, preferences, app‑lock configuration) is permanently removed. You may also reset the App from within its settings at any time.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is suitable for users of all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. There are no in‑app purchases, no advertisements, and no external content links inside the core experience that could expose children to third‑party data collection.
8. Your Rights
Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, there is no personal information for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. You have full control at all times through your device:
- Revoke Location, Notification, or Screen Time permissions in iOS Settings.

The App can be used anywhere in the world. Since no personal data leaves your device, no international data transfers occur. Your usage is subject to the local laws of your jurisdiction.
